The site is not currently endorsed by the Owners' Corporation Committee, therefore votes or decisions made on this platform are non-binding.
However, it is our aim to use this site to better communicate and express the wishes of owners in decision making.

Conditions:

To join the discussions, you must be a current owner of a lot.
You may be asked to prove you are an owner by sending in a fees notice before being able to post content.
Your comments may be moderated if they are factually incorrect, abusive or constitute SPAM.
Moderated comments will be marked with the reason for moderation.
SPAM is defined as comments or post which repeat information without new content, are uninformative or irrelevant.
You may appeal moderation decisions to the moderator.
Users who break these conditions may be suspended from posting content on the site (but all owners are entitled to read access).

Privacy:

Any personal details provided with this site will not be shared with third parties.
You acknowledge that other members of the site (lot owners) can read your comments and posts.
By using this site, you also agree to not copy or post any details from this site on other websites unless you have permission.
